Our vision of entrepreneurship is large-scale. For us, it is about creating a revolutionary impact on the African continent. Beyond the creation of a business, the realization of a project, it is a new vision, a global movement that will serve all Africans.
The Venture Building program is based on an innovative model, structured around the pre-incubation, incubation and acceleration of high-impact startups. This model was designed to catalyze the creation of innovative and sustainable companies by creating an ideal and adequate environment for the evolution of any project. Our main objective is to provide 360° support to our entrepreneurs, which means providing them with an optimal working environment, bringing together all the necessary materials and a team of expert professionals.
Venture Building consists of two distinct but complementary business development programs, namely: the Entrepreneurial Residency: Pre-incubation in two phases and the Startup Studio: Incubation and Acceleration.

ENTREPRENEURIAL RESIDENCY
PRE-INCUBATION
The Entrepreneurial Residency is a pre-incubation program that extends over a period of 6 months, structured in two main phases:
IMMERSION (Idea Phase)
This phase, lasting a maximum of 3 months, aims to set up the founding team and create a solid pitch deck , which clearly presents the problem to be solved and the proposed solution.
STRUCTURING (Prototyping Phase)
After the immersion, the selected entrepreneurs enter a prototyping phase which also lasts 3 months. The objective here is to develop a functional prototype while preparing an initial seed fundraising.
STARTUP STUDIO
The STARTUP STUDIO supports startups in their growth phase, with two key stages:
INCUBATION
For 18 months, startups work on designing and marketing their MVP (minimum viable product). The goal is to achieve Product-Market Fit, i.e. the perfect match between the product and the needs of the market.
ACCELERATION
This final phase of the Startup Studio, lasting 18 months, aims to promote revenue growth while preparing for a Series A fundraising, essential for the large-scale development of the company.

Selection
After studying the application files, the pre-selected candidates will be invited for a second selection phase during which they must:
1. Make a short presentation video
2. Take an online logic test

Candidates selected at the end of this selection process will be invited to submit their opportunity memo to participate in the Boot Camp which will be held in
